$1 A Minute - World-Class Quality

Our world-wide team of professionals, working day and night, will transcribe your audio or video material as quickly as possible and we will send your transcript to you for as little as $1 a minute.

We accept almost any video or audio format for transcription (including YouTube videos), and we can include time code, specialized page formatting and anything else you need for your transcript for a small additional fee.

Our rates are low because using the Internet, we have eliminated the need for fancy offices, a large administrative staff, telephones, typing stations and so forth. Less overhead means more value for you.

But we have not eliminated service. You can contact us via e-mail at any time of the day or night. We will answer back, usually within an hour during the day, within a few hours at night. Our offices and managers are on the East Coast of the US. You will be dealing with Americans, not foreign nationalists.

How We Work

If your audio is already on the Internet, just e-mail us the URL address and we will fetch it and evaluate it for quality and estimate a cost. If you approve, we will assign it to one of our transcriptionists to type. If you need to send the file to us, we recommend WeTransfer.com, but you can use any number of other file-sharing services like YouSendIt.com, SendThisFile.com and others. and others. Be sure to include our e-mail address as the recipient and forward the confirmation e-mail you receive to circumvent any delays these services may be experiencing.

Be sure to tell us what you need in your transcript. Most of our clients want our quick $1 per minute, one-pass draft service, while others need our two-pass proofread service for $1.50 per minute. And some folks need their transcripts to be in a particular format. So let us know what you want.

Keep in mind that the $1 per audio minute rate is for clear, high-quality audio. Average-quality audio with typical background noise starts at $1.25 per minute. And the charge goes up for accented speakers, loud background noise and hard-to-hear audio because it takes longer to type. You can see our full rate card here.

For payment, we accept VISA, Mastercard or AMEX credit cards, and we will not charge your card until the transcript is finished. When we receive credit authorization, we will e-mail back your transcript as a file attachment in a generic Microsoft Word format. We can also convert it to any file format you would like. Expect your transcript in about three business days.

All work is done as quickly as possible and we promise we do whatever we can to make you happy with our services so you will contact us again.
